Return & Refund Policy

REGULAR PRICE ITEMS


All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an MPOMPON e-gift card if the returned product complies with our return policy.

- Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered, and all original tags must still be attached.


You must contact us by e-mail at info@mpompon.com to initiate a return request. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once received by our distribution center.

MPOMPON is not responsible for packages returned to us that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of shipment and/or tracking number when shipping your returns.

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS


Sale and promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit.

 

ORDER MODIFICATION


Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order. Once we have received your order, please contact us by e-mail at info@mpompon.com to assist you.

 

PRE-SALE ITEMS


Pre-sale items cannot be cancelled.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department by email at info@mpompon.com. We are truly sorry... Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process and resolve the issue.

 

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges, but we invite you to return your purchase in accordance with our return policy and buy back any item available on our site.

 

RETURN TO SENDER OR REFUSED PACKAGES


We cannot change the shipping address of orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is delivered, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all the necessary information. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers is essential to guarantee delivery.

MPOMPON will attempt to contact the customer in the event that the package is returned to us by the postal service to validate the shipping address. A shipping fee will be charged for the second attempt. Packages returned to sender or refused will be returned to inventory if we are unable to reach the customer, and a store credit in the form of an MPOMPON e-gift card, less initial shipping charges, will be issued.

We decline all responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
